Fennel (Apiaceae) forms double umbels and has an anise-like scent—its bitter seeds are particularly aromatic. Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for a longer period of time. Alcohol serves as both an extractant and a preservative and has the major advantage of extracting water- and fat-soluble compounds from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly through the mucous membranes, enabling high bioavailability and a rapid onset of action—ideal even for digestive issues or impaired absorption. An alcohol-free version often cannot extract this range of compounds in the same way.

Alcoholic extract of organic cowslip (Primula veris), the yellow gentian root (Gentiana lutea), organic Verbena (Verbena officinalis), the seeds of organic bitter fennel (Foeniculum vulgare var. vulgare), as well as organic sorrel (Rumex acetosa) and organic sage (Salvia officinalis).
Aqueous mineral extract obtained by calcination the plant components used.

Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended dosage: Take Sinusi Kombi Drops

Take 25 drops 3 times daily, diluted with a little water (150 ml)
OR add 75 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
For optimal results, it is recommended to take this product for a period of at least 3 months.
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (75 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of 150 mg organic cowslip, 100 mg organic Yellow gentian root, 100 mg organic Verbena, 80 mg organic fennel seeds (bitter), 80 mg of organic Sorrel, and 50 mg of organic sage, with mineral extract obtained via calcination.
