Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for a longer period. Alcohol serves as an extractant and preservative and has the great advantage of extracting both water- and fat-soluble compounds from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly through the mucous membranes—ideal even in cases of impaired absorption. Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended dosage: Application & Dosage

Take 25 drops 3 times daily, diluted with a little water (150 ml)
OR add 75 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (75 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of 130 mg organic dandelion, 100 mg organic milk thistle, and 80 mg each of organic wild garlic, organic stinging nettle, organic Goldenrods, organic Burdock root, and organic Yarrow, with a mineral extract obtained via calcination.
