Why use Afa Algae as an alcoholic tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for longer. Alcohol serves as an extractant and preservative and has the great advantage of dissolving water- and fat-soluble ingredients from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly through the mucous membranes—ideal even with limited absorption. An alcohol-free version often cannot extract this range of substances in the same way.

Organic alcohol (80% vol.)

After adding the plant minerals (=mineral extract) to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Afa Algae Tincture: Usage & Dosage

Take 30 drops twice daily, diluted with a little water (150 ml)
OR mix the entire daily dose of 60 drops in approx. 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
100 ml contains approximately 2,200 drops.

Tip: Let the drops sit in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (60 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of approx. 410 mg of organic Afa algae plus mineral extract after calcination.
