Recommended dosage: Take field horsetail drops
- Take 30 drops twice daily, diluted in a little water (150 ml), approximately half an hour after a meal
- OR add 60 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
- For best results, it is recommended that you take this for at least 2–3 months.
