Marshmallow Tincture: Usage & Dosage

Take 30 drops twice daily, diluted in a little water (150 ml)
OR add 60 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
50 ml contains approximately 1,100 drops.

Tip: Hold the marshmallow drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (60 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of approximately 245 mg of organic marshmallow root, 125 mg of leaves, and 40 mg of flowers, with a mineral extract obtained via calcination.
