Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for longer. Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended dosage: Application & Dosage

Take 25 drops 3 times daily, diluted with a little water (150 ml)
OR add 75 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.
