Brief description of the plants:
The five plants in this combination belong to different botanical families and combine tropical rhizome plants with Central European wild herbs. Turmeric and ginger (Family: Zingiberaceae) are perennial, herbaceous plants with aromatic rhizomes, lanceolate leaves, and intensely colored inflorescences; they originate from South and Southeast Asia and are now cultivated worldwide. Ground elder (Fam.: Apiaceae) is a typical Central European wild herb with trifoliate leaves and white umbel flowers, which prefers to grow in partially shaded locations. The stinging nettle (Fam.: Urticaceae) is a robust perennial with characteristic stinging hairs and serrated leaves, which is widespread in Europe and Asia. Goldenrods (Family: Asteraceae) produce bright yellow, panicle-like inflorescences and thrive in sunny, dry locations across Europe. What all these plants share is their remarkable adaptability, while their differences—ranging from tropical rhizomes to native leafy and flowering herbs—result in a fascinating botanical diversity.

Special features:
Turmeric and goldenrods have historically been used as natural dyes—turmeric for textiles and manuscripts, goldenrods for particularly lightfast shades of yellow. Ginger is one of the oldest known spice plants used by humans. Ground elder was so widespread in the Middle Ages that it was considered the “gardener’s curse,” while the stinging nettle has served as a fiber plant for centuries and even provided fabric for sails and uniforms. History and traditional significance of the plants

Turmeric and ginger have a long tradition in Asian regions as spice and cultivated plants. Ground elder and stinging nettle have been part of Central European botany for centuries and were used in a variety of ways—from monastery gardens to folk botany. Goldenrods were valued in Europe from early on as both an ornamental and a useful plant. Together, these plants symbolize diversity, deep roots, and a long history of human interaction with herbs and roots.

Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for longer. Alcohol serves as an extractant and preservative and has the great advantage of extracting water- and fat-soluble ingredients from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly through the mucous membranes—ideal even with limited absorption. An alcohol-free version often cannot extract this range of substances in the same way.

Spring water from the Alpine spring “Kupplerbrunn,” 9372 Eberstein, AUT
Alcoholic extracts from organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic ground elder, organic stinging nettle, and organic Goldenrods.
Aqueous mineral extract obtained after calcination of the plant components used.

Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended dosage: Application & Dosage

Bewegung Pur Tincture 100ml, ORGANIC: 25 drops 3 times daily (take diluted with water)
Goldenrods Tincture 50ml, ORGANIC: 12 drops 3 times daily (take diluted with water)
Note: The specified amount differs from the recommended dosage indicated on the label.
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake contains an alcoholic extract of 215 mg organic Turmeric root, 135 mg organic ginger root, 130 mg organic Ground elder, 115 mg organic stinging nettle root, 40 mg organic nettle herb, and 246 mg organic Goldenrods, with mineral extract obtained via calcination.

Important information about this food supplement

Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Keep out of reach of small children.
Store in a dry place away from direct light. This also applies to bottles that have already been opened. A dark cupboard is best for storage.
A natural sediment may form. In this case, give the tincture a quick shake before taking it.
