Why use AFA algae as an alcoholic tincture?

Take 30 drops twice daily, diluted in a little water (150 ml)
OR add 60 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (60 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of approx. 410 mg of organic AFA algae with mineral extract obtained via calcination.
