Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Saw Palmetto Tincture: Dosage & Administration

Take 30 drops twice daily, diluted in a little water (150 ml)
OR add 60 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
For optimal results, it is recommended to take it over a period of at least 3 months.
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (60 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of approximately 680 mg of Saw palmetto berries with a mineral extract obtained via calcination.
