Take 30 drops twice daily, diluted in a little water (150 ml)

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (60 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of approx. 680 mg of organic Propolis plus mineral extract obtained via calcination.
