Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for a longer period. Alcohol serves as an extractant and preservative and has the great advantage of extracting both water- and fat-soluble compounds from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly through the mucous membranes—ideal even in cases of impaired absorption. An alcohol-free version often cannot extract this range of compounds in the same way.

Aqueous mineral extract obtained after calcination of the plant components used.

Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended dosage: Application & Dosage

Take 25 drops 3 times daily, diluted with a little water (150 ml)
OR add 75 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake (75 drops) contains an alcoholic extract of 150 mg of organic wild berry leaves, 130 mg each of organic Field horsetail and organic Marigold, and 100 mg of organic wild mallow, with a mineral extract obtained via calcination.
