Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for a longer period of time. Alcohol serves as both an extractant and a preservative and has the major advantage of extracting water- and fat-soluble compounds from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly through the mucous membranes—ideal even in cases of limited absorption. An alcohol-free version often cannot extract this range of compounds in the same way.

Organic alcohol (80% vol.)

Aqueous mineral extract obtained after calcination of the plant components used.

Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended dosage: Application & Dosage

Organic Milk Thistle Tincture 100 ml: 25 drops 3 times daily (take diluted with water)
Turmeric Tincture 50 ml, ORGANIC: 20 drops twice daily (take diluted with water)
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake contains an alcoholic extract of 850 mg of organic milk thistle seeds and 450 mg of organic turmeric root, with a mineral extract obtained via calcination.
