Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for longer. Alcohol serves as an extractant and preservative and has the great advantage of extracting water- and fat-soluble ingredients from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly through the mucous membranes—ideal even in cases of limited absorption. Once the plant minerals (i.e. mineral extract) have been added to the alcohol extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended dosage: Application & Dosage

Take 25 drops 3 times daily, diluted with a little water (150 ml)
OR add 75 drops to 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
For optimal results, it is recommended to take this for a period of at least 4 months.
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.
