Why use it as a tincture?

The tincture concentrates soluble plant compounds and makes them available for longer. Alcohol acts as an extractant and preservative and has the great advantage of extracting both water-soluble and fat-soluble compounds from the plant. These, in turn, are absorbed quickly and directly via the mucous membranes – ideal even in cases of impaired absorption. An alcohol-free version is often unable to extract this range of compounds in the same way. .

After adding the plant minerals (=mineral extract) to the alcoholic extract, the alcohol content of the finished tincture is reduced to 65% vol.

Recommended intake: Use & dosage

Take 25 drops three times a day, diluted in a little water (150 ml)
OR mix the entire daily dose of 75 drops in approx. 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day
100 ml contains approximately 2200 drops.

Tip: Hold the drops in your mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

The recommended daily intake contains an alcoholic extract of 170 mg schisandra berry, 150 mg organic brahmi churna, 130 mg organic ashwagandha root, 80 mg of rose root, 50 mg of organic lavender flowers, plus a mineral extract obtained through calcination.
